Overview
Many of Utah's older buildings went up long before modern seismic code. We strengthen them — unreinforced masonry, aging structure — so they can stand up to an earthquake without erasing what makes them worth saving.
Working alongside structural engineers, we design and install retrofits that bring a building up to standard while preserving its historic fabric — the intersection of restoration and structural work that few builders do well.
